It is more calm and peaceful than the intentionally chaotic, more dynamic Crush The Resistance:
Crush The Resistance was recently published on the back cover of TeeKay-421 but this is not its only appearance: Celebration Europe 2016 will launch in a month and on July 15th, Crush and Join the Resistance both will be presented at the booth of TeeKay-421, the Belgian Star Wars Fan Club. If you will be there, come and check the pictures!
Finally, here is the wallpaper version of them together:
My newest piece is an event poster for Pomáz Wind Orchestra – I have a long-time, fruitful relationship with them.
This concert will be a symphony of Star Wars pieces including Jedi Steps and Rey’s Theme from The Force Awakens. As part of the additional programs, I will have an exhibition in the concert hall. more details later…
By the way, did I mention that I am open for commissions? I do personal pieces as well as event posters or product packaging – check my site if you want to see what I can do and let me know what you want!
May the Fourth be with everyone! To celebrate this day, I go back to the beginning of the Star Wars saga with a new poster entitled Choices.
This picture is about the choices Anakin, the Chosen One, the son of the suns has to make during his life: choose between the Jedi and Sith, good and bad, light and dark. The choices are depicted by the mentors/father-like characters in Anakin’s life: Qui-Gon Jinn from The Phantom Menace and Palpatine from Revenge Of The Sith. Their meeting planets are also included: the light, plain deserts of Tatooine, far-far away from everything; and the millions of lights in the darkness of Coruscant, the poisoned heart of the Republic. Naboo N-1 fighters from Episode I and Jedi Fighters from Episode III also enhance the timespan and depth of the picture.
Finally, a few words about Jake Lloyd, who played young Anakin in The Phantom Menace and who suffers from schizophrenia, a very serious illness that affects circa 1% of the population. I believe everyone of us in the Star Wars community wishes the best to him.
“Until the End” – The second part of a poster trio dedicated to the Death from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1-2.
The main theme of this poster series is the way how different characters face Death. The first part (entitled “Always”) shows Severus Snape with the lifeless body of Lily Evans while Death takes his life.
A chilly breeze that seemed to emanate from the heart of the forest lifted the hair at Harry’s brow. He knew that they would not tell him to go, that it would have to be his decision.
“You’ll stay with me?”
“Until the very end,” said James.
“They won’t be able to see you?” asked Harry.
“We are part of you,” said Sirius. “Invisible to anyone else.”
Harry looked at his mother.
“Stay close to me,” he said quietly.

I made a revised version for an earlier The Force Awakens poster. That old one was entitled “I will fulfill our destiny” but after watching the movie I felt that a bit inappropriate because that sentence sounded like part of a pray and not like a powerful statement.
Therefore, I re-did the poster and the result is: Crush the Resistance!
This was one of my submissions for Celebration Europe 2016 Art Show but the piece was rejected. Nevertheless, it appeared on the back cover of the 75th issue of Teekay-421, the official magazine of the Belgian Star Wars Fan Club, out this Monday.
I hope you like the poster in this form because surely, this was not its only appearance.
